Admissions Timeline & Key Steps


Step 1: Inquiry & Campus Visit

Submit an online inquiry to access admissions and schedule a campus tour or virtual visit. 


Step 2: Begin Application (Opens September 2)

Applications open each year on September 2. Families can apply online (via Ravenna or SAO) and receive personalized guidance from the admissions team


Step 3: Submit Upper School Supplement & Supporting Documents

For Grades 6–12, complete the Upper School Supplement, upload transcripts (including the most recent mid‑year grades), proof of identity (birth certificate or passport), standardized test scores, student statement, and recommendation forms (teacher and head-of-school).


Step 4: Entrance Testing Requirements

  • Grade 9 applicants: SSAT is required (school code 5385).

  • Grades 10–12: Submit SSAT, PSAT, ACT, FSA, or related scores.

  • Lower & Middle School: Upload existing standardized test scores; some grades use an in-school assessment. 


Step 5: Review & Decision (Priority by Jan 15 / Decisions Feb 15)

Day admissions follow a priority deadline of January 15 with decisions sent by February 15. Rolling decisions apply after that if seats remain. 


Step 6: Boarding Applications (Grades 6–12)

Boarding applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Submit additional forms, participate in a virtual interview with the Boarding Admissions Manager, and complete all documents to be considered
