► Applications Open – September 2

Start your application through Pine Crest’s Ravenna online portal as soon as the window opens


► Preferred Deadline – January 15

Submit your online application, application fee, and begin your supporting materials by Jan 15 to be included in the first-round review.


► Entrance Testing – SSAT (Grades 4–12)

Grades 4 & 5: Elementary‑Level SSAT Grades 6–12: Middle or Upper‑Level SSAT, plus optional Character Skills Snapshot Must send scores to campus code 5794 (Fort Lauderdale)


 ► Parent Interview, Student Visit, & Class Assessment

Grades 4 & 5 applicants attend an on-site Class Visit and parent interview, engaging in classroom assessments. Tours are available via Ravenna but not mandatory. 


► Financial Aid Deadline – January 15

Families requesting aid must submit the SSS (School and Student Services) application by Jan 15. 


► Decision Release – Mid-February

Admission decisions for grades 4 through 12 are typically posted in mid-February. Rolling reviews start after the deadline based on seat availability.
