Admission Process & Timeline


Inquiry & Tours (Sept–Nov)

  • Register for “Mornings at the B” campus tours, designed for incoming 9th‑grade applicants (fall tour dates include Sept 24, Sept 30, Oct 17, Oct 21, Oct 24, Oct 29, Nov 18)

  • Attend Open House events typically announced in September/early October.


Application Deadline (by Nov 21, 2025)

  • Submit online application, report cards, standardized test history (grades 6‑8), and pastor recommendation form by November 21 to qualify for admission review.


Entrance Exam (Dec 6, 2025)

  • Applicants for 2026‑27 must take the St. Brendan entrance exam on December 6, registration beginning at 7:15 a.m., with testing from 8 a.m. to ~11:30 a.m.


Placement Exams (Feb 7, 2026)

  • Accepted students are required to attend placement exams on February 7, 2026, starting at 7:45 a.m., after completing required documentation (medical forms, birth certificate, registration form, fees).


Financial Aid & Scholarships (Due April 18, 2025)

  • Families seeking tuition assistance must apply through Florida Step Up or AAA scholarship programs, with school’s internal aid deadline on April 18.

St. Brendan uses a holistic selection process examining:
