Admission Timeline & Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Inquiry & Campus Tour (Begins September 1)

Submit an online inquiry or schedule a campus tour or open house via the Admissions Office. Tours begin in early fall


Step 2: Submit Online Application (Deadline December 1)

Complete the application by December 1 and pay a $100 fee. After this date, applications are considered rolling only if space remains


Step 3: Complete File by January 15

Upload key documents including:

  • Birth certificate

  • English and math teacher recommendations

  • Administrator statement

  • Reports/transcripts

  • Schedule of ISEE/SSAT or CTP testing

  • In-person student interview or shadow day for grades 6–11


Step 4: Take Required Admission Test

Grades 6–11 must submit scores from one of: ISEE (school code 102031), SSAT (code 1580), PSAT, or CTP if previously taken. On-campus ISEE dates are Nov 2, Dec 7, and Jan 11


Step 5: Shadow Day & Interview

Candidates are encouraged to experience a shadow day with a student, which includes a personal interview during a campus visit


Step 6: Admission Decision (By January 31)

Admission decisions are emailed via the portal around January 31 once the applicant's file is complete
